The Board of the National Arts Council of Botswana had announced the appointment of Otsetswe Koboyankwe as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Council, effective 26th November 2024. Koboyankwe is the current the Legal Counsel and Board Secretary of the Council from December 2023. Koboyankwe holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Botswana, an LLM in Rule of Law for Development from Loyola University Chicago, and an Advanced Master in Air and Space Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands.
