Botswana’s The Dreams Alive Club has announced that the Dreamers Exchange Festival 2025, marking its ten years of igniting African creativity, empowerment, and collaboration will be celebrated in two countries. This milestone celebration will feature international hollywood stars including Meagan Good, La’Myia Good, and Dijon Talton, alongside the boldest local voices in storytelling, business, and innovation.
The festival spans two cities—Johannesburg, South Africa (31 May 2025) and Gaborone, Botswana (1 June 2025)—with a rich lineup de- signed to inspire, connect, and transform.
Johannesburg, Private Industry Kickoff – 31 May 2025
The journey begins with an exclusive gathering in Johannesburg, co-hosted with Pan-African production powerhouse The Final Chapter. Featuring cast and crew from e.tv’s “Smoke & Mirrors”, this invite-only industry evening sets the stage for the broader celebration in Botswana. Invitations are limited to media, partners, and creative professionals.
Gaborone Takes Center Stage – 1 June 2025
Held at the iconic Game City Rooftop, the Botswana main event will showcase powerful speakers, creative activations, and entertainment from across the continent and beyond.
The event is supported through the partnerships with international background such as The Greater Good Foundation, The Talton Company and Magnify Success, to our regional stakeholders The Final Chapter/Smoke & Mirrors, and local stakeholders National Arts Council Botswana, Botswana Tourism Organisation, Creative Chase and Nashua.
