In a landmark celebration of leadership, resilience, and national pride, MultiChoice premiered the documentary, ‘Netumbo: A Leader Beyond Politics’, chronicling the extraordinary journey of Her Excellency Dr. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, the fifth and current President of the Republic of Namibia.
The premiere was attended by an esteemed gathering of Namibian and African dignitaries, as well as high-level diplomats, including His Excellency Advocate Duma Boko, President of the Republic of Botswana, and His Excellency Lieutenant General Dr Seretse Khama Ian Khama, Former President of the Republic of Botswana, among other esteemed guests.

‘Netumbo: A Leader Beyond Politics’ offers an intimate and inspiring look into Her Excellency’s life through decades of public service to her historic election as Namibia’s first woman Head of State in March 2025. Produced by local production company Joe Vision Productions, it also features heartfelt commentaries from Lieutenant-General (Rtd) Epaphras Denga Ndaitwah, close family members, friends and business leaders who offer incredible insight into the current president.

The documentary is scheduled to premiere on Zambezi Magic (DStv channel 162) and on One Zed (DStv channel 172) on 29 October at 20h30.
