Stanbic Bank Botswana once again celebrated its enduring partnership with NomadsBotswana at the 23rd Nomads Nationals, held at Phakalane Golf Estate from 11–13 September 2025. The prestigious tournament brought together golfers from across the country, highlighting the sport’s values of discipline, resilience, camaraderie, and philanthropy.
Speaking at the closing dinner, Chose Modise, Chief Executive of Stanbic Bank Botswana, praised Nomads for creating a platform where sport and community unite:“This event exemplifies the finest qualities of golf and community spirit. This year’s sponsorship amounted to P259,000, further underscoring Stanbic Bank’s dedication to supporting initiatives that make a meaningful impact.

The 23rd Nomads Nationals once again showcased Botswana’s top golfing talent while raising awareness and support for charitable causes across the country.

Players and volunteers alike were applauded for their participation, which ensures that the Nomads Nationals remain not just a competition but a celebration of camaraderie and giving back.
