After a day filled with competitive spirit, thrilling goals, and memorable moments, the Liverpool FC Supporters’ Club Botswana has emerged as the 2024 Standard Chartered Cup champions.
The exciting finale of the 2024 SC Cup took place on the 16th of November 2024 at Ba Isago University Mabaleng Sporting Complex in Gaborone, where the winning team showcased exceptional skills and sportsmanship, defeating 23 other client teams to clinch the championship. As the winners of this exhilarating tournament, the team has earned an exclusive opportunity of a lifetime. Standard Chartered Bank is proud to send off the team to the iconic home of Liverpool FC, Anfield Stadium.
As part of their trip, the winners will have the privilege of participating in a training session with Liverpool FC coaches at the Club’s training academy. Additionally, they will embark on a tour of Anfield stadium and witness the electrifying atmosphere of a live game between Liverpool FC and Manchester United on the 5th of January 2025.
